What I collect

I only collect what you choose to send me:

• Contact form: your name, email, business name, and the message you write.
• Email or Instagram DMs: whatever you include in them.
• Booking a call: the name, email, and time slot you submit through the scheduling tool.
• Analytics: I use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects usage data like pages viewed, device and browser, and rough location, so I can see what’s working.

Why I use it

To reply to you, prepare a quote, deliver and maintain your site, and keep records of our agreement. That’s it. I don’t sell, rent, or trade your information, and I don’t send marketing you didn’t ask for.

Who else sees it

A few trusted services help me run the site and communicate with you. Each only gets what it needs:

• Hosting / forms / scheduling and email providers that deliver your message and the booking.
• Google Analytics (Google LLC), which processes site-usage data on my behalf.
• Anyone I’m legally required to disclose to.

Where it’s stored

My providers may store data on servers outside Québec, including in the United States (Google Analytics, for example). I choose providers that offer reasonable safeguards for cross-border data.

How long I keep it

Project and contact records are kept while we’re working together and for a reasonable period after, then deleted. Ask me to delete yours sooner and I will, unless I’m legally required to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask me to:

• See the personal information I hold about you.
• Correct anything inaccurate.
• Delete it (within legal limits).
• Withdraw consent for future contact.

Cookies

The site uses cookies that keep it working, plus Google Analytics cookies that measure usage. You can block cookies in your browser, or install Google’s opt-out add-on. The site still works either way.
